For being a Jack in the Box... it was good. The order came correctly, and not all tossed up either, polite and good service to top that off?

COMPUTER GLIZE DIDNT GIVE US ALL OUR FOOD AND MAN AT THE WINDOW SAID OUR ORDER NEVER CAME THRU THIER SCREEN SO I WENT IN TO THE COUNTER.... IF IT WASNT FOR THE YOUNG MANAGER WE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING FOR USING THE APPSPENDING $15.96802 SANTA MONICA LOCATIONBEWARE OF THE GLIZE.L.O.L.WE WENT BACK 15MIN LATER EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED ON MY END OF THE GLIZE AND THE MANAGER SEEN MY POINT AND GIVE ME THE MISSING ITEMS SO ALL IS WELL ....WITH ME AND JACK?

I've had quite a few bad experiences with this place. Just for example. One time, I placed a mobile order through the app for drive-thru pickup and went to pick it up just to find out they were closed for some reason, despite them usually being open all night. Went the next day to ask for a refund, which you can only do in store after clicking the "Prepare Food Button" and got told they couldn't give me one. The other time, I placed an order through the mobile app again and went there to pick it up through the drive-thru. The person working the drive-thru was being very rude to me and told me they don't serve shakes through the drive-thru(bs lie), and that I had to go inside to get mine. I ended up going inside to get it, and they ended up giving me the wrong one. There are way better places. Don't waste your time at this location. Honestly, I don't know even know why I go here. Maybe, because it stays open late. :/

Recently a young, Hispanic worker at the drive-thru window was rude to me. When I said she could be friendlier, she cut me off by closing the sliding window. Horrible! I later called several times on my phone, hoping to speak with a manager. A rude man with a heavy accent answered, yelling as he questioned what I wanted. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT HELL HOLE!

The initial encounter with the drive through was nice but he got my order wrong when I called them to tell them the order was wrong the guy told me they got everything right and I said no I am missing an order and he processed to tell I am going to give it to you but only one because you didn’t pay for it, I said wait, I did pay for it. In conclusion DON’T EVER GO TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX THEY HAVE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been going here for about 9 years it's always very convenient at targets upstairs and the food courts downstairs like I said very convenient very nice meant to tell a little bit more beautiful
