Countable fruit pieces in fruits on side, most of the burritos filled with potato. It is just heated food.
This one of a few breakfast place open at 6AM.Scramble egg was fully cooked, not greasy. Good job. Everything bagel was toasted, not bad. Ham was salty as usual. Typical cheese. Surprised hash as a layer of the bagel, not on the side. Not crunchy, but not greasy though.Interesting bagel breakfast sandwich.
I do wanna put in a good word for this place: whenever I’ve come here to work, put off by the overcrowding and absence of outlets at the Coffee Bean up the promenade, I’ve usually enjoyed their coffee and atmosphere, and I appreciate the little creamers and milk being put out. But the lighting could be improved to feel less ominous, install a few brighter overheads. Personally, i feel like the manager, who spends much of his time in the back room past the snack shelves, is one of the reasons I’m put off by this place: having a rather gruff older guy come up to you gesturing with car keys and saying you can only be there for an hour is kinda restrictive…(The last time I was here, I stayed for roughly over an hour or so, but he didn’t come out to confront me and tell me I had to leave…?!?) The usual barista/cashier fellow is much friendlier at least. The glass tables are also an issue, since I’m usually worried about the small particles and MANY of them are scratched up or chipped. Put in wooden tables instead, revoke that silly 90 minute limit, and I’d be more open to coming here again in future.
I see a lot of negative reviews but I personally had a great experience here. I was walking all around trying to find a good coffee shop to get some work done in. They have outlets, good wifi, it’s quiet and sunny, the people are friendly, and it’s not crowded. They don’t seem to mind me working here for hours. My chai latte and bagel were delicious and the prices are super great. Great vibes all around. I will be coming back to do work here again.
I just had a latte and rice crispy treat. I also got some candy. Super friendly guy at the counter making the coffee. Sure, the stuff is priced a bit high, but this is LA and you're in a high end business district. What do you expect? I'm sure the overhead is crazy here for businesses.
Don't bother. Staff is unfriendly and is not helpful. Couldn't bring a 2nd plate for a shared sandwich. Turkey sandwich was tasteless. Find another place for lunch. No one else in Cafe and we were asked to move a mobility scooter that was in no one's way.
...I’m actually sad to be writing this. I’ve been coming to Cafe Interactive happily for over 10 years and today had one of the worst service experiences of my life; The woman at the counter who took my order was not only rude and abruptly dismissive, but hostile. I ordered a veggie burrito and was served a grilled chicken burrito instead—then treated very poorly upon correcting the “mistake.” My correct order was then tossed at me.
Fresh cooked American breakfast ?? Energy drink, coffee ☕ and more. Clean pit-stop bathroom+ ?
The cafe has a very warm staff. After a long tiring day these people really turned our day around. Since it was thanksgiving our food options had really depleted until v finally found them. The food was simple, and filling. It was so sweetly prepared. :) Felt homely! I really loved the place! It has a simple layout, nothing fancy yet nice. It’s a cafe that also stores basic snacking items. So do go & check it out !We had ordered vegetable sandwich and salmon burger.
It is open late that is good but the attitude we got from the sales guys was weird... I ordered 7 hot chocolate and he asked me that his tray would get 8 and if I want one more and I told him why not if you give it for free and he exactly said you got 7 so one is on house. Then I ordered 3 croissants and asked how much chocolate croissants he told me 1.75 difference between regular one. I do think know what happened. Maybe he got mad because I threw a dollar tip into the jar for to go order or we did not get chocolate croissants... he gave us 7 hot chocolate and to my face something lime "you get what you pay for" it was very rude and I have no idea why he did like that...
