What a wonderful place. I tried the chicken Sandwich and it was so delicious that I had to try something else as well.I would definitely come back, you can't get better food for this price.

Tasted like dry, old, reheated food. I’ve eaten at many little middle eastern places and this wasn’t satisfying. Very little meat in the meal.

Great food, fast friendly customer service. One of my favorite places.

I love coming here after my classes at SMC, personally I love their burgers but today I tried their gyro and to say the least it's the best I have found in LA!I'm from Iran originally so I love the mom & pop shop kinda atmosphere it has, although the decor needs a little update.Only problem I have had is their fries, the fries are good some days, and some days their damp and inedible. But overall still better then some places near SMC.Biggest pro for students would the pricing, a cheese burger, fries and a soda is $12.65 which for the quality you get it's really good in my opinion.Overall Hungry pocket has a 8/10 from me, good pricing, lovely staff, and good food. All that it needs a updated decor and a little better fries and it's a full 10/10 from me.Ps. They deserve the 5 stars for awesome the staff is there.

Ordered Kaftan delight with extra rice for two. Great option to sample different dishes. Falafel was specially crunchy, loved it. Honest food, reasonable price.

Neat little place, not too crowded and you can find parking pretty easily. Went during a weekday, the pita were good and flavorful! Just wish the prices would go down but you expect this in this part of the city.

You’re telling me that this sponge is chicken? I didn’t expect much since everything was so cheap but I didn’t know everything was gonna be this trash

Had such craving for Falafel pita. Went to Hungry Pocket and they did not disappoint. So much flavor coming from that little joint :) Falafel and Babaganoush to die for; total flavor bombs!! ???

Great price, but the Gyro sandwich was dry and very little veggies nor sauce. Iceberg lettuce as well.

Delicious freshly fried falafel - you know it’s good when it’s that rich green color inside. The hummus, baba ghanoush, and baklava was super tasty as well. Jeff (the owner) was very kind and chatted with us for a while. Would love to come back regularly!
