Service was terrible and you have to pay $25 for parking. They give you 2 hours free but any time over cost us $10-15. I'll never come back here to this location.
I ordered 3 Enchiladas, with rice and beans. Everything was room temperature, not even warm. It was a bit disappointing as this is my favorite dish from El Toritos. My associate didn't seem to care too much as he was too hungry.
Never have I been to this location, but my boyfriend and I chose the Santa Monica location over the Marina Del Rey due to the wait time. The Santa Monica location had no wait so we were seated quickly. There were many moments where the waitress forgot about us and when I look around it seems like a lot of people were waiting around⦠there were more than enough front house people. They were very friendly, but not attentive. Itâs like if youâre not ready to order your food when they take your drink order, you can just forget about it. There was a moment where we had our drinks and I was just ready to get up and leave because our food did not come. It took a long time to get our check as well as we do not want to pay for parking. By the way you can get free parking up to 1.5 hours with validation. The alcoholic drinks werenât good. It was pretty empty in there. I wish I woulda stayed at the Marina Del Rey. They were packed so Iâm sure the service and the food was a 5.
Well the first thing that happened is that when the waiter came up to our table, and I was wearing a mask, and that bothered him and he immediately told me that I did not have to wear a mask. Iâm not sure why he felt the need to tell me that because certainly my choice to wear a mask. He has no idea why I was wearing one couldâve been Covid prevention or couldâve been another reason. But he didnât stop there he went on and on about how annoying it was that I was wearing a mask. Then we ordered the tableside guacamole and when he came back and I was still wearing my mask she thought it would be funny to come right up behind me and pretend cough and then he went to mix our guacamole and he was still talking about the fact that I was wearing a mask and my friend and I both tried to tell him to not put the tomatoes in because I am allergic but he wouldnât listen to anything that we said and then got very annoyed when we told him I was allergic after the fact even though we kept trying to tell him as he was mixing it. Then he brought me another one but it was just a bowl of unripe avocados not mixed with some cilantro and I couldnât even mash them. And it went downhill from there Itâs overpriced. Sodas are four dollars and they charged us for refills. When the bill came we were shocked at how expensive it was but the more shocking thing was when you go to leave the parking lot and you put the ticket in the machine the parking was $20. I feel somebody somewhere should tell people that. It was hands-down the worst dining experience Iâve ever had
You would think on Fatherâs Day the the staff would be more attentive and aware. Our server, Adan, didnât write down our order. Of course the plates were wrong. Asked for chips and salsa 6 different times including asking the manager. Chips eventually made it to the table once I went inside and asked for the check. The quality of food and service has diminished.
Servers serving food at the buffet were moody and rude

For the most part I stick to my usual tacos and fajitas but today I decided to try the potato soup. It is the worst soup I've tried in my short life spam, it had thickened at the top and was over all looking unappealing. A truly gross sight to look at. I've been greatly loyal to this restaurant but I think this time has been the last. Also the waiter clearly did not know what he was doing. Attached is a sad disappointment.
Nice place to hang out and have some drinks. Food and service were excellent
Friendly. Quick service. Not too full in the morning. Parked on the street. It's free parking on the street on Sundays. Just be careful when crossing the street.
