The worst milk tea I’ve ever had. I had the classic milk tea and thai milk tea, and they tasted more like water. The boba balls also tasted like rubber/plastic and I paid $7 for each drink. Would not recommend to anyone.
I don’t know, maybe we went at a wrong time or we completely had wrong expectations! We went at 6pm on a Friday, place was empty, we ordered 2 hot teas: the original and oolong. Both were not hot at all, lukewarm at best! Both of them were super sweet, uncomfortably sweet and the original also tasted awful! We ended up throwing both teas out. We also asked to use the restroom and were told it is for employees only!

Super amazing service! Great drinks! Was out of a few things by the time we got there, but didn't feel limited at all. Got a couple free pairs of sunglasses with our order B) and they had N95s available for customers if they needed.

I love getting the Thai Milk tea from here! Would definitely recommend.
I really wanted to like this place, but today was not the day. Pros include the friendly service and selection of teas. I love tea and have my own selection of Taiwanese oolongs (e.g. four seasons) at home, but I wanted to try someone else's. Unfortunately, after I ordered, they told me it was unavailable and I had to pick a something else on the spot. This was after I was told they were out of crystal boba as well. Not only did I end up with a completely different drink then planned, but it was... Really bad. The boba was super bland, clearly not soaked in brown sugar or even sugar water. I'll give it another chance some day, but not anytime soon.
The most authentic Taiwanese boba tea and popcorn chicken in LA omg ? You can taste that boba is cooked with brown sugar for some time, the chewy texture ?and the just right sweetness ?? the popcorn chicken is also soooo good like the ones we get in Taiwan I had to ask the owner how he made it ?Must try when you visit Santa Monica!
