Third time I bought the bean and cheese burrito here and it was a mess. Not even rolled and the sauce already spilling out. Also, the cheese wasn’t melted and the sauce only on one side. It’s so messy and gross. I kindly ask the drive through to please make it with a little more care and this is the third and last time I will order their messy food. I hope corporate sees this and addresses this. My advice is to order something else on the menu or to support a local restaurant instead.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any Del Taco store. The person taking orders on the drive through actually decided to argue with me for 5 minutes to substitute fries for something else because she didn't know how to input it on the screen. Then she got the order wrong on the vehicle in front of me. So I sat stuck in the line of cars for 20 minutes total. Making me late for work.
This place gave me a huge glob of hair in a salad. On top of that, the slow-looking white girl working the drive thru couldn’t stop giggling to herself while taking the order, sounded confused on how to work the drive thru, and messed my order up wasting a huge chunk of my time. Cleanliness is amiss and they have people who should be washing dishes at most trying to take orders. Would recommend going elsewhere
This location needs to get a better management before it gets sued . Horrible food and horrible customer service. The taco smelled like paint I just had to throw it all out ….
Ordered two breakfast burritos my self and my worker both got sick the food tasted horribly bad. The person that took the order he made it seam as I was doing him a favor of coming in.
I went there and my tacos had onions on them ( I'm allergic) called spoke with manager George who said he would replace them whenever I came back. But when I came Karen said there was no note from George and even after calling and speaking with George. I still was denied the replacement tacos. A few days later I popped in and Karen and george were there. Then he gave the replacement tacos. But how frustrating and inconvenient. Haven't been back since.
Don't have these in the south...wish we did! So good for fast food!
They are under staff, and close the diner early.. the drive thru was back up to the street. A very long wait to order and got the food wrong ?

I went to this drive-thru yesterday. While waiting at the window for the food I ordered, a homeless man came in the drive-thru right up to my car. He wedged himself between my car and the drive-thru wall right by the cashier window. Because the drive-thru lane was so narrow he couldn’t get around my side view mirror. He started yelling at me "Pig! No more food pig!" and spitting on my car! He then walked in front of my car pulled down his pants and exposed himself! I was trapped! I couldn't drive forward because I would have hit the man and I couldn't back up because the lane was so narrow and had a sharp turn, my car would definitely have hit the wall or poles. I was trapped for 5 minutes waiting for this man to move! What's worse the employee at the drive-thru window who saw and heard the man did absolutely nothing to help me! She apologized but neither she nor any other employee did anything! This all happened on Del Taco's property! STAY AWAY from this drive-thru!
