Came to grab ice cream with my family tonight, the people working here really couldn’t be any nicer! Ice cream was amazing also.
I love how they mix together the flavors you want, and the ice cream is creamy and so good.

Not sure why they have opening hours if they’re not going to adhere to them. Closed before 11.
Two guys working. Extremely polite. I just picked up food for delivery so i dont know what is it alike but employees are great.
The ice cream was pretty good and the employee was nice (don’t remember her name but she was an older blonde woman w a ponytail), but what she did made me rate it 2 stars. First of all, masks were required yet she didn’t wear one. Tbh I wasn’t that concerned until she coughed while making my ice cream. She also wasn’t wearing any gloves or anything, even though she moved the trash can and wiped ice cream off the floor. After all that, she still didn’t wash her hands before handling my ice cream. With those same hands she gave me my spoon which I used because I’m fat asl and couldn’t wait but if I get food poisoning I’m gonna blame it on her.
One worker, must be the owner of Indian descent did not have gloves and grabbed my waffle cone with his bare hands (fingers on the cone LONG HAIR ON FINGERS) and when I asked him did he have gloves he said no with a confused look. Why are you in the food industry with no gloves?!? This was after he completed a transaction with money from the previous customer without washing his hands in between just NASTY
Sasha was such a great person with such an amazing customer service. He brought us some cups water, very polite with a smile! This man deserves a raise:)

Overrated & Overpriced, staff where also unhelpful and deceiving. Wasn't able to go into the store due to Covid restrictions, there was a menu without prices and the only price list the staff offered to show me was on a board far back in the store which was not visible, when asking about the prices the member of staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking. The staff provided a very complicated pricing structure for the products which was not easy to understand without physically seeing it on a menu. I had enough of the complication and ordered the 2 most basic small sized ice creams I could see. The waffle cones where not fresh at all, they had become soft and chewy unlike Salt & Straw who always have fresh cones. The total cost was $26, which is outright outrageous. I was ashamed to have spent that on ice cream when there are families in third world countries living off a similar amount per week. The deceitful way this store acts regarding pricing is not acceptable
