I was overcharged, then was yelled at by the manager who said I can't do math. He then threw away the receipt and "refunded" me and recharged me. I was so shaken at being yelled at that I did not notice until I got home that the refunded receipt he gave me was not for my order, but some other random order. So basically I paid more than double what I should have and got yelled at! Do NOT recommend this restaurant at all --coming from a college student who lives on Chipotle
Food was good, but service lacking. Nowadays can't expect much. This place is for quick eating without the frills. People are people in front and back of the counters. Just get a meal and forget the rest. Avoid the bs.
I had a pick up today at 8, and the lady that gave me the food said that my drink was inside my bag! When I got home there was no lemonade but an empty cup!I mean wake up for real! If you don’t want to work there, give the jobs to other people that are willing on actually doing their job!
Can't go.wrong here! Make sure to use the app to get rewards. Clean restaraunt. You do need to show proof of vaccination to eat inside. Good location to the Grove area and a good option from the more expensive places to eat there and faster!
I had a mix up with my online order. Brandon went above and beyond to help me get it sorted quickly and efficiently. Brandon absolutely rocks and deserves a raise tbh.
A great place to go if looking for some quick Mexican food. The only downside is that sometimes you get the bottom of the barrel for the meats but other than that a great quick bite.

I work for postmates and I’ve never had much of an issue at this location, until tonight.I actually went in to get myself some chips and guacamole, and my boyfriend was actually waiting for an order he was picking up.The staff had finished his order and put it to the side while they were all joking and laughing about “door dash drivers”It was 2 women and one gentleman workingIn the meantime, I still had not been helped. I waited a good 5-7 minutes listening to them talk badly about delivery drivers while one was patiently waiting right in front of them for an order.When he asked what happened to his order, they had the audacity to get snarky with him and tell him that he needs to be paying more attention.The order was never called out, and I still had not gotten an opportunity to order a bag of chips.Eventually he got the order after they were rude, then when I asked if I could order something I was finally helped. I was standing at the counter with my card in my hand so it’s not like it wasn’t obvious I was trying to get food.While they got my chips and guacamole they continued to talk badly about not only the person who had just taken a delivery for them, but all delivery drivers.Just extremely unprofessional and rude, no customer wants to hear people talk poorly about anyone, let alone someone who’s technically working for the company and keeping them in business.Get a new staff.

Amidst all of the unique restaurants is the Chipotle reliable standby. This location is well run, and there is convenient sidewalk seating in front (though typical for this area there is a urine smell that is a little bothersome). Recommended if you want a quick and healthy lunch.
