I ordered on the app and received our order quite quickly. All 3 orders were missing major ingredients including cheese, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole that I paid extra for. Tried calling and sat on hold with robobot auto line and finally walked to restaurant only to be greeted by rude employees and am now on hold with corporate because apparently the store doesn't want to deal with the fact that they missed multiple ingredients. I still don't understand how that happened. I looked at the receipt and all the right ingredients are on there. I was already upset as I am home sick and just trying to get my family fed easily and quickly but the rudeness of the employee/staff set me on fire. Oh and did I mention im still on the phone with the number the store gave me to call - yep - 40 minutes in and still waiting.
Pretty efficient store. Didnt have wrong orders so far and people there are nice.
The lack of care for whether or not someone gets their food.. and this being a food establishment is ridiculous. I was told it would be 7 minutes for the meat to be done. TWENTY minutes later I’m asking for an update “oh it’s gonna be like maybe 5 more”. So 25 minutes for something you guys asked me did I want to wait SEVEN minutes for. So no, I didn’t get any lunch because the food wasn’t ready. Not that y’all care anyway.

The young lady rolling burritos around 6.15 p on Sat was not very pleasant to deal with; acted as if she was doing you a favor filling your order. Puts a bad taste in one's mouth(
Not enough parking spaces. The restaurant will be empty but all the chipotle-reserved spots are full.
Can never get online orders right. Every single time it is missing an item, then when you call they put you on lengthy holds and ask you to come pick up the item they missed for the delivery. Not sure how they get it wrong every time when the receipt is stapled to the outside of the bag, but they find a way.
This Chipotle is bad unfortunately. Ordered here online a couple of times, waiting time is usually 20-30 min instead of promised 10 and portions are small. If you order extra meat you barely the same amount as single portion of meat at other Chipotles.
Classic fast food American Mexican fare, better Mexican options in the area, good for convenience.
The food is always amazing with authentic Italian. It always taste so fresh and we love eating there. We love their pepperoni pizza and their chop salad with fresh salmon on it! You can't go wrong at Pesto!
