Poor customer service, very very slow came to drive thru waited 1/2 hour in line of some cars. As we get to the speaker to order a female answered n said May I take your order, then she says wait a moment a male person answers and says to hold and that point he said to hold before I gave my order at this point I was so upset waiting 30 minutes in my car. He says please hold, doing best I can. But then get someone else to help out plus other cars behind me and they ordered right away, this is horrible service. Then screen shows $10 n some cents when I get to pay my food it change to $11, we looked at bill and tax was charged why couldn’t this be added to the screen. Then we get our food and we ordered the famous star combo with waffle fries. Well instead he gave us regular fries when he also repeated my order and I was not about to go back in line again, I was very very upset. Went across the street to McDonald’s got our food in 10 minutes. You all need to get more employees or know what they are doing and not customers waiting.At this point McDonald’s and Burger King so far have great service will go there from now on you just lost a customer.
Posting through the window, the place was disgustingly dirty. I should have taken that as a sign and pulled away. Good was cold. Burger was both fried to a hard puck AND cold. Felt sick to my stomach later. NEVER going back.
The place was very nice and clean the service was questionable the guy behind the counter left my order in the warmer so that he can take some new customers orders that was a big no -no that cost you one star the second and bad news issue your music it's your very much own taste no one else needs to know about it specially when it's so freaking loud HELLO !! can you turn your music down this is a freaking restaurant not a dancing place in West HollywoodI spoke to a lady named Ana behind the counter to please lower the music volume she simply didn't do anything about it so there you go another star removed I will go again to see if they did anything different if they don't I will contact their head quarters and let them know what's going on in their location even though its a franchise the owner need to know what their employees are doing to their stores ?
I don't understand why Google doesn't allow zero stars. This Carl's Jr is supposed to open at 6:30 on a Sunday morning and the drive-thru is supposed to be open 24 hours. It is 6:35 and the drive-thru is blocked off and the front door is locked and the employee I can see is making eye contact with me through the the locked front door. I could not get any food so one star seems like a bit much. I do not recommend coming here because it will obviously be a waste of time
I have given many chances. This specific location always gives me my order wrong or with missing items. Common, it is expensive and not getting my order correct it's not cool. Always has to be 1 or 2 items. I wonder if this has happened to most customers or it's me having bad luck in here ?
This man took my order gave me what I didn't then after 5 hours I went in my lunch to explain he argue with me and made it a issue of If you went to Target ...he wasted my 30 min lunch I won't go in Thier ever again to order ... And they should speak English Thier not in Thier right mind , thonkg we are in another country sad to see how we get treating in our own STATE ??????

This Carl's is in a very convenient location for me, so I've given them many attempts to get better. In over three years, they just haven't!The burgers are not made per order and often have ingredients I specifically said to leave off the burger. I stopped in last night figuring I would try their new chicken tenders ... no condiment screw ups that way.The manager was there training a new cashier. At first, I thought to say something to him, then decided, not in front of a new employee. So while I'm waiting for my order, I saw the manager go over to where a single order of fries was standing at the ready. THE MANAGER dumped the stale cold fries back into the bin where new fries would normally be salted, then put the old, cold, stale fries in a new container and placed them in my to go order. He didn't even mix in new, fresh fries, just repackaged the old ones. I watched him do it!Sorry ... if the manager is this lax with food freshness, he's certainly not going to care that his cooks keep serving ingredients and various condiments that were specifically requested to be omitted. I kind of wonder now about what health violations are going on in there!Nope. never. again!
