We’ve tried a few Bubba Gumps and this one was just as enjoyable. Great if you’re a fan of the Forest Gump movie or even if you’re not. There’s always plenty of fun things to look at on the walls, novel menus and glasses etc and the food is always decent leaving you well and truly full by the end of it. If the prices weren’t as high, I would give this place 5 stars.
I was the only one in my group that wanted seafood for lunch, so I decided to do some take out here and then eat with the rest of my family. I asked specifically for ketchup and cocktail sauce, and assumed I would get some plastic utensils and napkins. When I opened my lunch on the pier with my family, I had none of those. But the fried shrimp were very good. I would get them again, but check my takeout box for everything before I left.
The food was good and portion sizes were great Unfortunately our starter arrived at the same time as the main meals, the restaurant was busy, when this was pointed out the manager came over to apologise Worth a visit
Took my wife there for her surprise birthday. I love this place when it's just 2 of us, however I was trying to surprise my wife and they wouldn't seat the whole party till the WHOLE party got there. I explained to the host person what I was trying to do and still no! I eventually got them to seat BEFORE my wife got there because I kept stalling her best friend who was bringing her in so I could figure out how to get everyone seated. All in all it was a great night and they sang her a happy song.
First visit to Santa Monica, and it was amazing.I enjoyed the food very much and the views are so amazing.The service here is fast. Servers are very attentive and give you good recommendation on the foods.
This location on Santa Monica Pier offers great views of the beach and ocean. The food was Ok, nothing too memorable. The server seemed new, not too attentive and mumbled a lot. There was nothing wrong with our order or the food, it was just ok. The memorabilia from Forest Gump movie was great!

Very nice restaurant. It has 2 floors. We enjoyed setting in the first floor with the ocean view. Food was really good. Their service is awesome. We tried shrimp and Mahi- mahi fish. Also meals were served so quickly without a long wait time. I would recommended.
