I honestly do not know why people give the cashier bad marks for customer service. To me, she was just direct and quick. There is a line of people and they are trying to get food out for everyone who is hungry. It’s not a difficult concept to understand.Show up to the counter and the cashier will take your order when you have made up your mind. Don’t be deciding what you want when you are at the register. Because then you will feel rushed. Simply step away, look at the menu, and then step forward when you are ready to order. If you have any questions about the menu, narrow it down to a few choices and ask the cashier for her recommendation. Again, not a difficult concept.Service was fast and efficient when I went. Asked for her recommendation and she said either a cheeseburger or a bacon cheeseburger. I asked her to pick one for me. I also asked her whether I should get chili fries or regular fries, and she said since it’s your first time just try the regular ones.it’s a basic burger but it is solid and reliable. The prices are very reasonable and the size is good for the amount of money you are paying. I got my order in less than five minutes.Will be back.
What pleases most of all is fast service, convenient location and respectful attitude of staff towards customers. Nearby paid parking, where you can always find a free place. Assortment, like in any other Burger King. By ordering your favorite dish, you will get what you expect. Come here after visiting the zoo, especially with children you can't go wrong!!
Good food for a reasonable price
Ok ok. Haven’t been there since 1999 BUT! sooooo many great memories. I loved this place. Grew up in the neighborhood. Went to school at st Anne’s. Friends and I would sneak out at lunch. Or go after school to eat. Aunt lived across the street. I lived down on 24th street. Mom worked at St. John’s. We were kids. Simpler safer times it seems. Late 70’s early 80’s. Loved the workers and owner. We always got a Vegas. I remember the lady with the glasses called us “Hon”. “What’ll ya have hon?” We’d say a Vegas and she yell out “ ORDERIN’ A VEGAS!” I remember that line fondly and yell it out in my head at every burger joint I visit. Wish I could time travel and go back.
Driven by it a thousand times and finally tried it. DELICIOUS burgers. Can’t believe I’ve waited this long. Don’t let the outside fool you. This place probably hasn’t changed in years because it hasn’t needed to. Inside the service is very quick and modern. The outdoor seating area is nice on a hot day.
Best in class burger joint for a quick pickup. Always easier to call ahead and order. Their chickens sandwich is great!
Best no-nonsense burger on the westside. Great staff and they even still service the cripiest crinkle cut fries.
I love old hamburger stands. I passed by and stopped in for a burger. Burger combo was good it has an adjacent parking lot. Very friendly staff

Came in before lunch hour rush. Ordered my food there. Cheesesteak sandwich & fries. Took over 25 minutes for my food to be ready. People who ordered after me received food before me. No apology when I received my food.
