It’s better than hunger, but really bare and small for the price, and the 35m wait.

It was greaaaat! A must have for a child's healthy breakfast meal.

This is the worst place I’ve ever gotten food from in my entire life I’ve had burgers from here that are pink on the inside. And the employees are so rude like for example when you order your burger and you ask for ketchup they give you a very nasty attitude and it makes me very upset. When they give me the attitude I can’t really enjoy the food because I’m thinking about how the employee treated me and the quality of the food the quality is not good in the service is not good. it’s like why am I going there for and on top of that the prices are outrageous $13 for a burger…Pink Burger

Pretty expensive and they took FOREVER, but the food was good

Vegan options available. Great pizza.

Short version: You're better off going to the McDonald's down the street.Long version: Never again! Placed an order for 6 people knowing it would be a bit of a wait since 1) it's a busy place, and 2) it was an order for six people. I stood there and watched the rush of people behind us get their food before us, and after 45 minutes of no communication or updates I finally ask where our order is. Turns out, THEY LOST IT. They didn't even have our ticket in their line. They started our order after 45 minutes of waiting and even then forgot our order multiple times afterwards; we had to keep reminding them what we ordered. All the while we were still watching people that ordered long after us get served. We ordered at 1:13 PM, and we finally had a complete order at 3:30 PM. That's right, it took an hour and 15 minutes for us to finally get a complete order, and even then it was in bits and pieces. If you're foolhardy enough to order from here you'd better hope you're one of the lucky ones that they don't forget.

Placed order quickly (reciept said 2:13pm). After over 40 minutes of waiting, and seeing a few smaller orders come and go, we asked about our order. We were told our ticket was somehow lost and they didn't have it. At 3:03pm, 50 minutes after ordering, we recieved a portion of our order. Over the following 20 minutes an item at a time would trickle out. Each time with an attitude and a "what else?" from the staff. Staff attitude was incredibly rude. There was little communication and no organization behind the counter. Save yourself the headache and choose a different place on the pier. This place was not worth it.

Very long wait and the food was just terrible. Under cooked and under seasoned

Very nice ambiance the staff was great, food are delicious and clean we`ll definitely back and bring my family and friends

More needs to be done regarding guest services here. With the correct training, a sense of urgency, and an instilled understanding that the customers are the reason the restaurant is here in the first place, anyone can be a superstar here. You just need the right environment to grow. This, sadly, was not the right place for me.Working here, I often felt like no one really acknowledged my presence, besides the customers. One of the staff treated me differently because of the way I looked, and said it directly to my face, in the rudest way possible. She was apparently too sensitive to the way my eyes look. I explained to her that I was hungry, but the way she looked at me told me that it didnt register; I constantly feel overweight, even though I am skinny, and I am sorry if the way the stress from my life affects my eyes bothered you. I was consistently wandering around the kitchen looking for something to do, and it hurt me to want to do more, and feeling like I wasnt able to. The people in charge of training me, in my opinion, did not meet up to the expectations required of a trainer. If a restaurant has the proper trainers, no one is ever standing/wandering around, and people are taught how to do the job, until it is a second nature. No one should ever feel useless. I left for many reasons.I apologize for feeling unneeded; I would have loved to have learned the whole kitchen.James Olive
