So i order 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup. I pay $6.29 and the clerk tells me they dont have any pennies to give me all of my change. However the tip jar in front has plenty of pennies. She hands me my change without the penny and just walks away as though im expected to just let my money go. For christs sake, im paying more than 6 bucks for 2 scoops of ice cream. This is happening everywhere. Prices are outrageous. I want every dam penny of my change.
Love Baskin Robbins. So many flavors to choose from. Friendly atmosphere and clean store. Go try their ice cream or malts or shakes.....go for it. It's ICE CREAM!!

I stopped by wanting to try the Mangonanda. It’s a frozen mango smoothie like drink with chamoy. It’s was ok, not all that.I thought since it’s Baskin Robbins, it would be made with their own ice cream in it but it wasn’t. I saw the girl make it and legit it was like a Mango drink mixture and Ice only then blended. In my mind I was like, “Aren’t you going to add a scoop of some ice cream?”Probably won’t ever buy it again.

Terrible customer service fro the manager, natalie, to the owner Shawn. They screwed up the writing on my cake and when I complained they just gave me lip service. I'd give them negative stars if I could!!
