Prices are outrageous $12.50 for one extra large drink with boba only! Not even Starbucks is that expensive.
Tried for the first time, not satisfied. Music too loud, they couldn’t hear me giving my order. Still made my order wrong!
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! To start off, the customer service is horrible! The guy that was working there didn't understand our orders and got it all wrong! And that is besides the point that he was very rude and sounded like he didn't want us there, he sounded annoyed. Second, we went to big 5 and rite aid in the time that it took to get our ten dollar drinks. Third, the drinks were horrible, we got two drinks and both of them were discussting! We ordered a green tea with no milk, and it came back SUPER GRITTY! It tasted like sand, way to much matcha.. Then the second drink we got was JUST VANILLA with boba and the vanilla drink was bitter! And the boba was not like regular bob, it disintegrated in my mouth. Lastly, the price it was ten dollars for 2 medium drinks... What a waste of 10 dollars!

Placed an order for three drinks at 5:24 p.m. and approximately 37 minutes later after numerous people that were placing the orders after me got their drinks finally got mine doubt I will ever be coming back here again good way to lose customers having your employees serve their friends before the customers that were standing there first...

Amazing drinks but customer service is horrible. Taking up 30 minutes for two drinks. Stopping to talk and answer message on their phone.
Waited for 30 mins or more....never again... just ask them why it's taking so long...then they say we're next...!!#%%$
The couple times I've came here throughout the years the cashiers are always giving attitude and will always have you waiting. For the price and the attitude its not worth spending your money here.
I was really bummed out when I tasted my drink it didn't taste fresh and the texture of the boba was disgusting not the way it supposed to be
