I placed a delivery order at 1: 20pm. It said the order would be delivered at 2 pm. At 2pm I got a text saying the order was canceled. Then 5 minutes later I got another text saying the order will be delivered at 2:30pm. Then at 2:30pm I got an email saying the order was canceled again. So I called the store and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up.
2nd chance, waste of time. They told us 25 minute wait, after one hour, we asked what the status of our order was and they had not even started it yet. 18 orders were made in front of us and taken out. No one checked on us, asked the name, nothing. This is THE WORST place I have ever been to. They suck. I will never go back again which really sucks because I love wings. Worst customer service and worst experience I have ever had.
Great place, I just spent 20 minutes of busy signal knowing and fully expecting there to be a wait because it's busy, that happens, to finally talk to someone, and be told "Sorry, we're not taking orders over the phone right now we're short staffed" and then with 0 chance to say anything was hung up on(Edit: the wait still is long but at least they've gotten better at announcing it and haven't had any further hangups)
Went to restaurant with my daughter around 6 pm, only to find it would be an hour wait! Decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead and only had to wait about 20 min for our food. Also, just for fun, called the SLO WS and they said only a 20 min wait time.
I called to modify my order. Placed me on hold and hanged up after a long time. I called again and the phone sounded disconnected. I kept calling to mo answer. Don’t work there if you are going to ignore the customer.
My name is Jose M. I ordered a 30 piece bone in meal. I ordered 8 mild, 7 Parmesan, and 15 lemon pepper. I waited over an hour and half when the ticket time was an hour. The only seasoned the mild very lightly which was no biggy. The 7 Parmesan and 15 lemon pepper were not tossed or seasoned. I literally got 22 plain wings. Wing stop In Santa Maria usually always messes something up but never in my life have I got wings that were not season or tossed. When I called back I tried speaking to the manager but she was not there. They only refunded me the wings that they messed up on when it should have been the whole order. I posted the pics of the wings that were not seasoned or tossed for reference. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BE FOR YOU LEAVE!!!
It is a place with good food, but the service is very bad…. the employees start fighting with the client, after they tell you 10 minutes to wait, you have to wait 30 or 40 more minutes. need better management
Online ordering is always down and they don't season fries at all anymore. The wings are good if you're willing to wait an hour.
Horrible service at this location!!! Online ordering unavailable and this location never answers their phone. Was pleasantly surprised when they actually picked up this time and then they left me on hold for 20min and never came back!
only giving two stars because the food is reallygood IF you can get it. closes 5-7 hours early on doordash almost nightly. (today they closed around 6 but are open until 12am?) every time we order the wait time gets longer and longer. shame because the food is good but they just can’t seem to get it together. very frustrating
