Absolutely the worst taco bell experience at this location. We ordered through the app and got $30 worth of food. Missing burrito supreme ($4.19 down the drain). Bean burrito was the size of a hot sauce packet. 3x chicken soft taco supremes were not made supreme and had almost no chicken ($9.57 down the drain) Nachos bellgrande was half the size at other taco bells. Are they really trying to cut costs by screwing drive thru customers? Who knows, it's probably the same inside. Never again, not this location.

Dude working night shift was super nice. Definitely was not expected his great service from a taco bell.

Just coming out from eating here. The worse customer service I received here. The lady at front requested me to order from the kiosk which I did. I planned to paid in cash, so I thought I had the full payment on hand when I notice I didn’t. I asked if she had any change for $100 bill and said no and walked away. I thought I had giving her the full payment and she came back. I handed her the money and walked away again, she returns back Mad and said I was a dollar le short and walked away again. I tried counting the coins I had to see if I was able to pay in cash because I really didn’t want to used the card. I was I ended up being .05 cents off. She came back a third time and I asked her that I was going to end up paying in card instead she walked away grabbed the money I gave her and threw it back at me, after I had gave her my card to pay. When she finally had run my payment she asked her co workers to handed to me. She didn’t even have the courage to give my back. I feel sorry for the two other young men working with her.

What has happened to your location on Bradley? The last few times I've been to this location the service has been horrible! My most recent visit I got home to find hair in both my burrito and taco! What's up?!

Just came in ordered two boxes and other food. Got home and went to get everything out, they forgot one of the boxs so went back and the manager said she put everything in the bags her self. She was rude. So after she said she wouldn’t give us the food. We tried to buy another but she said she wouldn’t sell us another box and if we didn’t leave she was going to call the cops. Well won’t be going back to that taco bell again.

This has nothing to do with a proper mexican taco, sadly.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!! Questionable practices by one cashier! On Dec. 20, Cashier with initials "NL" (Per cashier name on receipt) ran my credit card and claimed it could not be processed, then proceeded to collect cash for payment of purchase. When I asked if the credit card charge was still going to go through, even though I paid cash, she insisted "No." Well, 2 days later the charge did go through, so I have reported both the business and the cashier to my credit card company to pursue further investigation. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I placed an online order to pickup through drive thru, got my confirmation, my card was charged and 15 minutes later I arrived to pick up my food, when I got to the drive thru speaker the order changed to 'preparing' I was then told that my order wasn't in their system, to double check location, and that I had to wait until they received it, that there was nothing else they could do and were pretty rude about it, they didn't make an effort to make it right at all. I showed them my phone with the order placed, my mobile banking with the amount they charged me, said there was nothing they could do and left it at that. I waited 10 minutes to reach the device thru speaker, was told to wait even longer, they didn't honor my order, and kept my 9 dollars.

This is the Taco bell to go to for breakfast. They serve the breakfast more fresh then the one on North Broadway. I'm always disappointed with stale breakfast at the north Broadway one.

Service was fast and food was hot.
