I love straw hat pizza. We go there whe. We can and have always had a pleasant experience, the workers have always been very polite and helpful. We recently went there and one of there workers (a young lady), was very rude. She had an attitude when me nd my daughter where trying to get prizes from the tickets she won and then proceeded to talk about us with her co workers. If she doesn't know how to interact with guests then maybe she should find a new job

Took my Daughter and Granddaughter for lunch...I stood at the counter and no one acknowledged us. There was an employee at the counter who looked our way several times. I finally asked if someone could please help us at the counter to order our lunch. With a blank stare, he said I will take your order in a minute. He was so rude with no customer service skills whatsoever! The food we ordered was good. Poor service! 1-10 . The experience was a 2!!!!
family friendly pizza place! my uncle worked here for many years with the owner (randy), when it used to be located where Harbor Freight/La Vallarta Market is here in Santa Maria.
