I ordered my 3 frozen and cold drinks through the mobile app at 9:31pm and chose the option “In Store Pickup” to specifically avoid a long line in the drive thru. When we arrived the door was already locked with a sign saying the lobby is closed at 9pm with a drive thru line about 10 deep. The app stated the store closes at 12am. How would I know that the store lobby is closed at 9pm. With my already paid drinks and now in a terrible mood, I had no choice but to get in the drive thru line. Mind you my frozen drinks probably have been ready for over 10 mins already. When I got to the speaker I told the lady I went to the door to pick my order. Before she even apologize for the inconvenience she sarcastically said “that’s why there are signs on the door that says we’re close.” How would I even know that prior to ordering through the mobile app when it stated that the store closes at 12 am and on top of that, it gave me the option to either pick up inside or through the drive through? Of course I would pick up indoor for the convenience instead of waiting in a long drive through line. I told the employee they need to update the app in which she responded we can’t update it and that they don’t know if the mobile order is for indoor or drive thru. What’s the use of the app then? Either this store needs to close the app at 9pm or at least put the indoor pick up drinks near the entrance door for those who chose that option. It really ruined my night especially with the employee trying to be smart with me saying the door sign states that they are closed already.
Have had 2 strange experiences at this location, the first time I was picking up a mobile order and the employee seemed to question whether or not it was mine and attempted to take it back after she handed it to me. Then, today the guy at the drive thru would not let me use my points towards a drink customization he just said “it won’t let me” (about the register) didn’t seek assistance just left it at that. The other Santa Maria locations have much better customer service than this one.
Adriana is so disrespectful and racist… i was in the drive through at 8:50pm and she said very hurtful things to me and my 6 year old daughter
This location has been given me the wrong order lately and it’s a shocker because usually they get it right. It’s sad.

Got my first iced pumpkin spice latte of the year, here yesterday. Grabbed a nitro cold brew with sweet cream for my man. The fox cake pops are back as well! Very friendly staff, well made beverages, excellent experience.
