I took my granddaughter to red Robin in Santa Maria for her 8th birthday, I asked the waiter if they have a birthday dessert for her birthday since I'm a member and get free meal on my birthdays, he said they have an ice cream. He never again offered it after the 4 of us ate. I was hoping,like the old days, 3 years ago, they would make her feel special. But no? service is so blah now. No fun anymore to go out for your birthday, nobody cares.
Red Robin is one of my favorite spots to eat in Santa Maria. We go here with my family about once a week. Food is consistent. Burgers are delicious and their fries are great too. Out of the many, many times I have been here, There has only been a couple of times where we had issues with our order but for the most part, we enjoy the food and walk out of there satisfied with the overall experience.
Service was OK~could have been better as it wasn't very busy at all. They could have been more generous with the Fries and come by more to do refills on Our Drinks. But overall it was OK.
They have an amazing root beer float (good root beer to ice cream ratio) and amazing gluten free options. Overall 8/10 will go again.

The food was great. I love their milkshakes, my favorite is chocolate. It comes in a shake glass with the rest in the mixing container. The service was a bit slower than usual, but it was Christmas shopping season so they were pretty full. The burgers are always good, but they do have other things on their menu that are just as tasty! ?
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Red Robin. But my experience was unsatisfactory. My son chose item after item after item and was told they didn't have it. No signage on the entry way or at the tables announcing the supply chain issues; having some type of announcement would have helped us choose not to go in.
I haven't been there in five years. I was a little surprised EVERYONE get there own small basket of fries. Burgers and hot wings are served hot and ready to eat. Service was fantastic.
