Service lacking

As always, the food was excellent. I ordered the grilled trout and Caesar salad. My server was new but he did a great job. The biscuits are to die for.

Did not honor Open Table. Didn’t get to eat as the wait was almost an hour.

Great dinner choice. It has been a while since we've had red lobster . 2 things that prevented 5 star. 1 I asked for my surf and turf Meat to be medium well I got rare. Lastly the wife asked for ranch on side for side salad ? not the biggest things to complain about but nonetheless. Otherwise enjoyed. Ce ce was our waitress. She was soft spoken and nice..

We just recently went for a birthday and had a wonderful time. I'm not much of a seafood person but the fact that there's something for everyone made it very welcoming. My partner loved the crab, lobster and shrimp. I really enjoyed the cheddar bay biscuits, popcorn shrimp and steak. We also had an amazing server who was very friendly. We definitely will come back soon.

Great! BUT Make sure you give your waitor the tips at hand. Dont leave it at the table.My honnie and I got the special dinner for 2 and it was very filling. The mac n cheese with pretty good.

For my birthday I wanted to treat myself. We ordered for the family for delivery .And the takeout portions are very small.Ordered rice and was very small ,the cheesecake was almost 10 and the slice was small.The salad was good and fresh ,I liked my salad. But for the price the portions are small.

The red lobster is always good. I had bacon wrapped scallops and they were hot meaning fabulous.I went with a party of 7. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere thank you Red Lobster for a nice dine in.

Do not place an online/ delivery order unless you physically check the order at the restaurant. Tonight my online pick up order was missing a meal (salmon) and also the mussle appetizer was dry (juice almost non-existent). Which doesn't include the extra wait time for the bread we ordered. I called when i noticed these issues was told salmon order was given back to the cooks. So someone basically knew that info but not to hold the whole order. Have to wonder if this some sick joke between the restaurant to their customers. Second time in the past couple of months that the same thing has happened (item/meal missing in our order).So either dine in or physically check your takeout order on-site of the restaurant.
