I didn't even eat here. And the customer service was phenomenal!! They let me use their restroom because I really had to go and they told me that they would let it slide and that time for not ordering anything other than a glass of water which I also needed due to walking like five miles or so in the hot hot sun. Thank you so much!! I really really really really really really really appreciate it I will be back to actually eat here within the next day or so
I love Popeyes but their employees working drive thru suck and need more training or something! No personality, not friendly and they just kinda shove the food out to you without asking if you need sauce, your receipt etc and they don't even say thank you! I feel like I'm disrupting their 4hr shift of standing around, cuz they obviously don't like their job or they would take some pride in at least being efficient and friendly!..yet I just dropped a pretty penny for bad service...please Popeyes put better people at your drive thru or retrain the ones you have!!!
I never write reviews but this experience left me with such a bad vibe. I dont think I've ever been in a drive-thru where I'm greeted with just "What would you like to order" instead of "Hi, welcome to XYZ, may I take your order?" And not a single word was spoken to me by same employee when I pulled up to the window, just stuck out his hand expecting my payment. Such a rude and indifferent attitude. Work on your customer service then I'll come back.
Watch out what they charge you as you can order the exact same thing two days in a row and get different totals. The reg mashed potatoes tastes good but it's only about 3 ounces. The heartburn that comes with it is horrifying. I order a large mashed potato instead of a reg on my combo and they charge me $12. It was my first time going ever and the drive through was horrible. The worker had a bad attitude and handed out our food so rudely. I won’t be going back even though the fries are great but other than that I’ve never felt so disrespected in a drive through. It’s not so hard to try and be nice when someone else is nice back. If you hate your job so much then don’t work there.
As far as Popeyes here in the United States goes. Not horrendous. However, the low rating is not just towards this particular branch but towards Popeyes in general across the continent. Once you have a taste of Popeyes in Asia, everything else pales in comparison. I honestly can't believe that there are only two sandwich options at Popeye's here. While I was living in Asia there were at least eight or nine. Each one was a unique and delicious sandwich that was some of the best fast food I'd ever had. Figure yourself out Popeyes. Make more variety and just be better.
Check your bag before driving away from the drive thru. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a 3 PC chicken tender meal with mashed potatoes. Well.. when I home, all the way across town, we only had one sandwich and the 3 PC chicken tender meal with out the mashed potatoesI would've went back but noticed the employee didn't event hand me my receipt when I paid so I had no proof, except the food. The food is good it just sucks that they forgot a whole as meal. Considering everybody was a Canes chicken tenders opening and it was dead at popeyes
We ordered on the drive-through, and when we arrived home, which is 10 minutes away, our order was incomplete. They did not put the 2 chicken sandwiches that we ordered. I called them to notify them. I had to drive all the way back to get them. Horrible service. I would give 0 starts if I could.
Drive thru was a bad experience and usually it isn't this bad but this time really irritated me. I had ordered a family meal with some mashes potatoes with spicy chicken sandwich and a classic chicken sandwich. when I was at the window they had give me the wrong order and I had to ask for my chicken sandwiches because they didn't give us any they FORGOT. then they forgot our fries that came with our meal then I check in the bag I was not given a spicy chicken sandwich I had only gotten 2 classic chicken sandwiches which i only wanted ONE. NO POTATOES ?. I didn't even notice because I had thought my items were correct since I had to REMIND them but no, I seen alot of people working inside and for them to still mess up my order says alot about the employees. I would not recommend the drive thru ?
I live 3 hours away from this location but was coming to town on Christmas Eve, I called the day before to see if they had any Cajun Turkeys left, sure enough they did, the Manager was kind enough to put one on hold for me. I do go to this location every time I come to Santa Maria which is a few times a month for business and this Popeyes never fails me. The food is always good and the Staff is always pleasant. Kudos to this location! ?? oh and for the Turkeys their only available for Thanksgiving, I was lucky they had 4 left at this location, if you haven't tried one, it's a must and very convenient, they run around $55 their a very decent size, all you have to do is reheat it, simple instructions on the package, super delicious.
