Great service . Pleasant atmosphere on the tarmac. great food.
We were in Santa Maria for a family function and the five of us were wanting Mexican food. My husband and I, my brother in law and his wife, and my sister in law were staying at the Radisson near the airport so were looking for something nearby. Pepper Garcia's was very close. It is inside the airport terminal but is a full restaurant. Service was excellent but the real star is the food! Chile relleno was the best my sis in law ever had, she said. Enchiladas were large and super tasty. Husband and his bro had burritos that were humongous and they gobbled them up (that wasn't even the biggest ones). Good salsa and the best guacamole! If you're anywhere near the airport, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!
Pepper Garcia's is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Santa Maria/Orcutt area. They have been in business for years and always have delicious food! I am a creature of habit but absolutely love their beef flautas and cheese enchiladas. I've never had a bad meal there. They are family friendly and always provide excellent service. They have a really nice bar, large meeting area and large restaurant area as well. Their perfect margaritas are amazing too! Give this place a try and I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
Located in the Santa Maria Airport, this is a neat Mexican restaurant that does buffets on Wednesdays. They have a big menu of all the typical Mexican foods expected. The portions are huge and the prices are decent. The quesdilla was fantastic and the shrimp enchiladas were also really good. The shrimp tacos were a little underwhelming as all they had was just shrimp and tortilla, nothing else. Overall though, enjoyed our food. The staff was kind and prompt as well.
Love the fish taco plate and the chili rellenos; best I've ever had! The service is excellent and they have the best house margarita. They have breakfast on Sundays which is a real treat. Wednesdays they have the buffet starting at 5p.m. This place should be full all of the time. It is located in the Santa Maria Airport. There is special parking outside the airport for diners at the restaurant.
We hadn’t been here in a while and we were just craving some good Mexican food so we came in and I had a chili Relleno platter and my husband had the chili Verde platter the food came out hot it was delicious everything tasted fresh and the service was impeccable. Our servers were attentive they asked if we’d like a refill of water they checked on us we were very very happy with today’s meal here at Pepper Garcia‘s. I thought to myself we need to come here more often it was really really good.

Over the last month we have set-out to find the best Chili Rellenos in town, trying them at nearly all the Mexican restaurants in Santa Maria. Hands down, none equaled Pepper Garcia’s. Love this place!
This place hasn't changed in years. Kick back and watch the planes go bye at the airport. I love a couple hard shell tacos and a pitcher of the best margaritas on Santa Maria.
