We waited and waited for our waitress to come back so that we could ask for our bill but no sign of her. So I asked two other staff if they could bring our bill , but they told us that we would have to continue to wait for our server in order to receive our bill. Piss poor customer service. Your portions also shrunk. Just knocked Olive Garden off our list. Never again.
Ordered food to go via Olive Garden user friendly app. Food order was accurately prepared, packed and ready on promised time. Staff was friendly and professional.
It was a very nice experience typical Olive Garden Play service good food it drink and I'm just a nice environment all around I recommend it to anyone especially those little kids that look the black olives that I can put them on the fingers and all that stuff tiramisu dessert little fettuccine and Florentine you got chicken if you want to just get one plane cappuccino it's the bomb.

I gave it a one bcz the food came out quickly However our kids pizzas were burnt. Our entrees were burnt. Service was all over the place our waiter was weird and creepy with our kids. The wait after being on the waitlist and told it would only be 20 minutes took over an hour to which we were brought to a dirty table and had to stand there and wait for them to clean it. There were hardly any Covid protocols in place in the waiting area or on the serving floor and being that we are in California and the current state of the pandemic that should be different. I will not come here again.
First off I want to say this is the first time we've had this issue. The utensils were not clean, we had to ask for them to be replaced. The soup spoons still had dry food on them. With this covid pandemic the last thing we need is unclean utensils.
We ordered a gallon of soup and breadsticks. The container leaked in the paper bag. When I got home the bag ripped and the soup fell out. We ended up having breadsticks for dinner. No soup made it into the house. $40 meal gone because the packaging was awful.
Silverware, bread & drinks came about 10 minutes after salad was served. No plates with salad. Food took an hour to come out. Was expecting a 45-60 minute dinner. Turned out to be 2 hours.
Very good customer service. Well rounded meal. Several flavors to experience. More then we could finish. Menu was diverse. Cant wait to return for another dinner.
