We went on Thursday and online it says they close till 8:30. We went at 8 pm and the door were locked.
I used to love coming here before but I’ve had multiple experiences were one of the employees is in a bad mood store is not clean or restocked as well as when asking for something having attitude towards customers not only that but there is never someone up front when u get there it takes a few minutes for someone to come to the front from the back. Needs management help ASAP
The frozen yogurt is amazing and great quality. The employees sometimes look stressed or overwhelmed:(

I asked worker Yamely to wear mask properly over mouth and nose, she disrespectfully rolled her eyes at me and my husband and said that masks dont do anything and did not fix her mask. Other worker with blue hair walked away without doing or saying anything. Store takes away sampling due to covid and requires customers to sanitize hands before grabbing container, while an employee is allowed to weight my open froyo without wearing a mask and breathing all over it.
I gave five stars to this place because they had really good yougart and good customer service, but today was really bad. The cashier was really rude and made us play for a yogurt cup that my little brother had dropped on accident. Hopefully there will be better service next time I come.
We have been customers for a awhile and it was disappointing how we were treated by the young lady working there at the time. My son dropped his cup the second time and I had tossed it in the trash. She went ahead and told me she still has to weigh it and took it back out of the trash and said how much it cost to get another cup. I understand there are rules but she had no customer service skills to make us feel welcomed. The other workers are usually welcoming and cheerful.
Bad customer service. Employees talk to friends while on the job. No to Menchies. They lost our business.
