Very rude staff and the food is horribly done. The manager there Maria and the assistant manager are very argumentative and very rude when you bring up a issue with the food. It’svery upsetting that as a customer we don’t get the respect we deserve. Very disappointed about my experience at this Mcdonald’s. The food is cold and there is objects in the food.
No I will NOT pull up when no one is behind me, and I will also not put up with the horrible attitude of the the gentlemen at the 2nd window especially when I was not rude about it, just firm that I wasn’t pulling forward. If someone doesn’t want to pull up, don’t give them attitude and walk away rolling your eyes, it make YOU look bad, not me. Also, 90% of the time I come through the drive thru the order is missing something such as the straw for the smoothy you handed me, or other items and I’m not about to get out of my car to come inside the restaurant to retrieve it. Learn some customer service skills, and don’t demand something from your customers that is clearly unreasonable. YOUR timers are NOT my problem. If you can’t get peoples orders out fast enough, that’s on you! Also asking for the app number before someone has even ordered is annoying considering we don’t always have the app handy ESPECIALLY if we’re driving to give it to you right then. Horrible customer service at this place, I’ll never be back. The one on Bradley has my business moving forward, even though it’s a further drive. Also, 15 seconds after asking me to pull up and park, my food was handed to me. No need to ask someone to park when they haven’t ordered anything off menu or custom and there is NO ONE waiting behind them. Sorry but this is a horrible business practice and should be stopped. You’re fudging your times to make the restaurant drive thru look better than it actually is. You’re just irritating your customers, and the attitude when a customer refuses is abhorrent. I wasn’t rude, I just said no thank you, no one is behind me. Now if you had more accuracy with your orders, I probably wouldn’t mind as much.
Worst experience in my 46 year history at any Mc Donald's. Was 11:00 am. Drive thru packed. In store ordering closed. Waitied 15 mins to get to order window. Asked for several items as I had family with me. Was told I could only order from breakfast menu or wait 20 more mins for lunch. Total waste of time. Total suckfest any way you look at it.
Well?? It's Ok!! A lot if staff are NOT TO FRIENDLY!! IT'S COVID!! NOT much help available, so well, what can you expect?? Just not customer friendly!!! well, just want a EGG MCMUFFIN??? Sometimes, cold.They could improve A LOT!!

They messed up literally all 3 orders we ordered! And they want to rush you off as they are so concerned about there serving time. That if you want to take a second to look in your bag they get all insulated!
The drive thru is kinda tight for bigger cars. Haven't been inside so I cant comment on that, but they were normal service.
Great fast food place high recommended
