My estranged stepdad is the district manager of the mcdonalds in this area. I find it very coincidental the one time I ordered from here my order was messed up on purpose. We asked no cheese, no ketchup, sub Mac sauce. We saw the receipt said "only cheese" so we let the ladies at the second window know we actually asked no cheese (husband is lactose intolerant) they asked us to pull up and wait which we gladly did. When the gentleman brought out the new burger he said it had cheese, we told him we said no cheese. He goes back in, comes out 2 minutes later with another bag. We got home and the burger has cheese on both sides and covered in ketchup. We called for a refund and they are refusing to pick up the phone
Went inside Restaurant to order. My order wasn't big or conplicated: 2 Fish Fillet sandwiches with extra tartar sauce on each, Quarter pound with cheese with no Pickle, and a 20 piece Chicken Nuggets.Fish Fillets had No tartar Sauce on them and the Quarter pounder with cheese was dry, not the nice juicy burger I am use to getting. Chicken were good. The restaurant was not busy so there was no excuss for not getting my families food wrong. Will go to a different Restaurant next time.
Management in this place is the worst! They just don’t care about customers. Specially the morning manager. Bad attitude with customers and the crew. I saw it my self when I was dining in.
This location was my very first job. Yes the place looks nice and clean but the service sucked. I had to stand there while they took care of a couple cars in the drive through, didn't even bother acknowledging that I was even there, while I waited for them. My chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting there all day. My niece wanted a happy meal but didn't didn't touch it cause it didn't look appetizing. They forgot to put her apples in her happy meal. My niece was super disappointed that the play place is still closed. I was very disappointed. In 22 years the quality of this place has really changed. I would never have gotten away with this when I worked here.
Clean, nice staff. Hard to understand with a mask, but trying hard. Good for a McDonald's, but I don't plan on going here for my anniversary.
Used the McDonald's app for the first time.not sure what to do once I got there. It work out OK. Crew could have been more helpful
Polite staff order was correct and food was fresh Had to give them a surprise ?
Sometimes it gets a little packed but the service is quick.

There were five cars ahead of me today, the breakfast line, was ovee thirty minutes. My food was cold and they got my order wrong. The sausage biscuit was my for son but they gave me an egg Mcmuffin, he doesnt like eggs. I wrote this review to let you know this orcutt location needs help with staffing.
