Terrible experience. The food is actually amazing and affordable - only reason it’s not 1 star. I eat at Mike’s 2-3 times a month. More than half the time my experience is about the same. As usual, the staff were very poorly trained, one was rude, order accuracy was bad and the touchless payment system didn’t work.It really seems like the franchise owner doesn’t realize this is seriously impacting customer experiences.
Small and easy to find location. Professional staff and a great sandwich with fresh meat, cheese, lettuce, onion and right amount of olive oil. Regular size is all you need for a meal. Plenty of chip choices too.

8/15/2021I thought that it is mandatory for workers to wear mask when prepping your food. Seems like the workers got laxed when a manager/supervisor is not around.
This locations service is slow. Ran out of onion and had to go to the back and cut it up. Meanwhile, I ordered a club sub and paid while I was still waiting and then they told me ....oh by the way we are out of bacon? Isn't that the first thing you should of told me when I ordered? Disappointed.....I guess I paid extra for the wait and no bacon.
We keep going back because they are one of the only sandwich shops in town that offer gluten free bread for their sandwiches! When you add that to their vast choices in sandwich fixings it makes a great meal.
Today was a horrible visit at Jeresy Mike's. We stood in line for 45 min while they were busy filling online orders. I got a grilled sandwich and it sat out and got cold before they put it together.
Love how little lines they maintain compared to the AG store!
