We love Jersey Mike's. But don't expect curb-side delivery. As a handicapped person, I love the option for curb-side delivery, saving the pain and aggravation of getting out of the car and going in the store. This place just throws your order on the counter and waits for you to come inside when you've finally gotten tired of waiting. I wasted 35 minutes the first time being patient because I assumed they were busy. "Oops, sorry" is all I got when I asked why nobody brought it out. Fine, no problem, but it's happened the last 3 times in a row. It makes me sad. I really love Jersey Mike's Italian subs. I guess I'll seriously consider a place with a drive-thru next time
My wife and I eat at Jersey Mike's several times a month. Lately our favorite Jersey Mike's location has been disappointing. This is the 2nd time my wife's Tuna melt, had hardly any tuna on it! Both times we I did not discover this until I was home. On my part I need to focus on how much tuna they put on the bun and how much is left on the flat grill. Also this location is always out of different breads, tuna, onions, cookies, ex. I know this location has new employees so I do give them a break but come on!
Jersey Mike's is always good. Had the Philly Cheesesteak, it was great!

First time I ate there I got food poisoning. I decided to give them another chance. Walking in ordered 2 sandwiches to go got 1 right away while I was waiting 6 more people came in started getting there food right away so I went to the counter to ask...they had forgotten to make it

I’ve been a huge fan of JM in various locations. The customer service at this particular location definitely lacks. I usually associate Jersey Mikes staff with being friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Most of the employees at this location look like they absolutely do not want to be there. While that’s fine, it wouldn’t hurt to at least try or pretend to be enthusiastic. From my past few experiences, if there are more than 5 people in line, you can expect to be there for at least 35 minutes. Today I realized that it might not be worth my time to visit this location for my lunch breaks anymore.
Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I see a response from the owner stating they normally provide 5 star service. That is untrue. I visit this location about once a week. The service is always terrible. Be sure to check your order too, since they frequently leave items out of the bag.
Never really came here, honestly didn’t know it was here. Man was I missing out! I live they’re warm subs, always get my Big Kahuna sandwich fell in love with it after the first bite. Might take a while sometimes but may be do to being a bit understaffed but result is always the same, good food.
