Just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to receive the wrong munchie meal. Also ordered a burger with no cheese and they gave me a burger with two slices of cheese. Check your food before leaving.

I ordered a Teriyaki Bowl, and a egg roll...coffee and a chocolate shake as you can see by the receipt attached to the crumpled open bag I received...inside was cold fries both regular and curly...2 hard, nearly burnt cold tenders. The shake was completely melted and disgusting...no cherries as requested per the receipt. No egg roll even nor sauce.I am a truck driver and had no real option but to Door Dash and because you don't have to look me in the eye, this is what you do? Now that being said I wonder if your family had ordered this would you treat them with same disrespect? Offer them cold nasty food? And not even close to the correct order. Crazy the amount of disrespect shown to people spending their hard earned money.
Great food. The family got exactly what they wanted and they were quick getting it to me.
Convenient and still affordable I just wish they would make drive-thru's illegal as if the amount of pollution they create with absolutely no benefit
This says they’re open 24hrs but don’t even bother going to any of these locations before 6am because they will ignore you and not take any orders.

Jack N the Box S. Broadway best one from above all. 2nd place, Jack N D Box W. Main st. 3rd place, Jack N D Box N. Broadway. This ones are sick gross I wouldn't even go to that place anymore. I don't recommend it at all. Food is cold and Old, expired food.
Disgusted was hoping for some fresh warm food but instead I got a half cooked patty and some stale fries disappointed in this place not the first time
