The drive thru was quicker than any Jack in the Box I have used before. The food was fine. Staff was polite.
I'm not usually a fan of Jack-In-The-Box, but I tried the sourdough patty melt and thought it was great. I would have given 5 stars if they used the usual rye bread instead of sourdough, but maybe that's just me.
I visited this store on 25th February. The lady in the drive thru widndow didnt give my 2 drinks that is included in my mobile order. I even asked about it and she said i did not order a drinks but I certainly ordered. Another bad jack in the box store.
Not open 24 hours there was three employees inside. the drive thru closed. at 6am employee came to the drive thru window to say they aren’t opening till 7am. WOW wish I could say this is the first time this had happen.
i work night shifts so i get hungry after work, every single time i pull up here either the system is down, the employees are on break, or their not taking orders, why open if orders aren’t being taken ? i don’t think the system is ever down the employees just to lazy to cook @4am but i mean their getting paid by the hour SMH, it’s always an excuse to not take my order. out of 10 times i’ve pulled up at night only twice has my order been taken
We visited this Jack in the Box restaurant in Santa Maria and purchased the new 25 tiny tacos boxes. What a great snack for the family. The family loved them and we will definitely be visiting this Jack in the Box again.
Drive thru was great even with a big line the cars moved fast, food was still hot when we got home
Rude workers and order is always wrong. I got a hamburger patty in my “sausage” breakfast sandwich today and the hash browns were cold. Charged us for some promo drink we didn’t order and then blamed us for not telling them the screen was incorrect. I’ve always disliked this jack in the box, but today was the worst visit yet. Expensive too, for small sandwiches.
Friend and I went to Jack in box by 101, to try new MEXI BURGERS.....We did not like so called guacamole, taste was had overwhelming taste, bun that was decided had an odd taste...We complained and manager wouldn't have it...There goes, we did it your way.... Must be in wrong place
