I have never had an issue before, but today on father's day we did. We drove away and my husband took a drink from his drink. He looked down and his drink was dripping all over his shirt, the cup had a crack. I drove back showed them the cup and my husband's shirt. We told them we wanted a refund on his drink. The staff was good about the situation. They gave me a full refund on the 2 drinks I ordered.
Love love their coffe. They made my day with the friendly smiles and great service. Had a White Angel blended and hubby a Vampire slayer energy drink. They are DELICIOUS.
This is a great Dutch! The people are so sweet and the lines run so smooth. Aracelli is so sweet, we had a great mini conversation in between ordering. Def prefer Dutch over Starbucks.

Love the employees here.Always make my visit fun.Fast service. A large variety to choose from or just tell them what you like and they'll take it from there. Don't forget a free pup cup (whip cream with a dog biscuit) for your furry best friend.
Its cheaper and for better than Starbucks. Down side their app us gar behind Starbucks. For the ammount of people in line it moved very quickly. They never seem to have a staffing problem. So many different things to choose from.
This was my first time at a Dutch Bros Coffee... went thru drive thru. There was a long line but it turned out to be well worth the wait. Just for the great customer service I received made it worth the while!! Thank you Kristen for being so sweet and giving me great ordering advice. It was delish! She took my order out in the line and was absolutely delightful ? and the window service was excellant as well. I will always choose Dutch Bros over any other!!! Glad your here!
The Santa Maria location always seems a bit off staff was friendly and helpful. So many cars were in line & it took so long that people were pulling out of line & leaving without their coffee. I stayed & it did take about 20 min. But they got my order perfect ?
The drive thru here is absolutely, horrifying terrible. The lady working the window spent a good 10 minutes talking to the costumer before handing them their drink and all the while I’m barely 3 cars behind before the window and I got here at 3:26pm on the dot. The service here is horrible, these kids need to learn how to do their job and make their drive thru and actual drive thru instead of a stay thru.
I had arrived just after 10pm on Saturday night. The original posted hour stated that they closed at 11pm but it had just changed to 10pm. When I arrived at the window, they had politely informed me of the change in hours and apologized for the inconvenience. I understood, as it was pretty late and not many people get coffee at this hour. I will try again in the morning to get some coffee as I do work graveyards and I do have things to do. Looking forward to trying the coffee.
