I had a $3 coupon & it took me an hour to place an online order because the online app was not working. I would've called the order in but I wanted my Domino's rewards points & was told the staff at my location couldn't do that. So I finally got my order in on the app & when I went into the facility to pick up, they wouldn't honor my $3 off coupon..
3rd time I've ordered here since I've moved to Santa Maria and they have been on point with the quality of the food and the delivery drivers have all been courteous. I use to work for domino's and it's exactly how it should be. Keep it up!
Called in to order to be picked up by myself I asked ahead of time if they accepted 100 dollar bills the said yes they did when I arrived I waited 20 min for my order went to pay with the 100 and they all acted like I committed a sin saying we don't accept cash who told you that? I told them they said they never heard of her the manager came out was rude and dumbfounded very bad customer service they were all rude obnoxious so my family was very disappointed I ended up having to cook after a long hard day

So i ordered for delivery at 6:58pm and the guy said it will take atleast 30-40 mins. Gosh!! It’s already 8:10 almost 2hrs of waiting we are already hungry!! This is not a good service.
On 10/24/2021 I order 2 Philly steak sandwiches, got to tell you it was PATHETIC, when I got home and open the sandwiches it was like pieces (not full at all. Pieces!) of overcooked meat substance. I took all the so called meat off and replace with cold cuts from my fridge. The only good thing about this meal was the bread, all the other ingredients where pathetic as well, So cheaply put together. That's the last time I will order from Domino's.
Ordering was easy, the the pizza was delicious, the delivery person was very nice and helpful and polite.
If you get Ricardo making your pizzas, he's the best they have. The first time he made our pizzas I was Amazed because I never thought a pizza could look so pretty. My extravaganza was so full of color and equally proportioned toppings. Now I always cross my fingers hoping he'll be the pizza chef when we order. If this review were based on Ricardo alone, I'd give this guy *10* ⭐
Don’t waste your time going to this place for food they always get my orders mixed up and all they have to say to you is I’m sorry, my last order was for Honey BBQ Chicken and they left the honey sweet part out and just put regular BBQ sauce on it by itself was not very good and my 87 year old Mother who really loved it last time couldn’t hardly eat any because the BBQ sauce was so overwhelming strong by itself.
Always fast, orders are accurate. We order online and it is fast, easy, and pretty much always right. Would order from here anytime.
