We ordered from this place in the evening was told to pick up would be available between 8:05 and 8:07 ended up getting our pizza at 8:17 but giving them credit we did earn the free pizza because it was late.

I ordered and got half my pizza burned and Manger didn't even want to fix the problem and this is the last time I ordered from the main street dominoes and usually I get a great pizzas
So from 2015- December 2021 I been ordering from this dominoes once a week. I guess our weekend tradition is done.So last few times, on the dominoes tracker, my order would say "delivered". But it was not actually delivered. Example from today being "Delivered at 3:20pm" but I called the store and said it would be delivered soon. It arrived at 3:50pm. I ordered 60$ worth of food and left a 15$ tip. I always tip large for my orders. I ordered at 2:34PM.The food was cold and smashed... again, for the 3rd time in a row. I give up, they make orders wrong a lot. It was so cold my 6 and 8 year Olds were grossed out.I give up. I recommend Blaze pizza or , they usually have a cheaper option and never have the ordered destroyed.
Had wrong order delivered, called store immature manager laughing over there mistake and won’t reimburse me my money. Seems kids run the store recommend Pizza Hut
Tracking your order online is useless when it doesn't update at all the first 10 minutes then completes 1 minute later. I assumed it just wasn't being updated, so I showed up at the 10 minute point and waited 40 minutes in the lobby while one pizza was remade and the other one's cheese looked old when I finally got it. I asked for a refund, the manager was unapologetic and very matter of fact. Poor service all around.
