Ordered a half gal to take home and had to ask the kid to get more raspberries as he was scraping the juice from the empty container and pouring it all over my ice cream. Still ended up with hardly any toppings in this $20 thing of ice cream. Sad to say ill never go back to this cold stone. Not to mention the place is always dirty....don't want to think of how bad the back looks ?
Nice family-run franchise. They always have all flavors available and try their best to make everyone happy.

3 workers yet I had to wait for about 15 mins to order and there was only 1 person infront of me. All of the workers seemed like they hated life. One in particular was so stand offish and keep giving them looks of I'm annoyed don't talk to me while huffing and puffing. The ice cream was amazing but the customer service was appalling.
The owners are really great people! They add so much to our community. We are very pleased with their service at tubs establishment and great quality ice cream! Thank you for serving the Orcutt community!

I ordered a custom made Mud pie combination with coffee ice cream, brownie, caramel, topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Delicious! The staff, Angie, was very accommodating, and helpful. Can't wait to come back with my kids!! ???
