I have been to many Chipotle restaurants. The Santa Maria Chipotle is the worst I have been to. They are constantly out of items. I went last night and they were out of steak, white rice, regular salsa, and salad dressing. I do not understand how they can be out of so many items, it is poorly managed.
The number 1 thing to know in a service job is to know how to interact with your customers. The young man working the line today (alone) was a bit on the moody side. I understand there was a line and he was just trying ro keep the line moving. And he did a great job doing so. He did call for help but never got it. Its very important to keep your cool under higher stress situations. Give each customer the politeness and attention they deserve. Otherwise, the food was great. It appeased my craving.
Was really disappointed with this location. They told us they were out of stake and barbacoa even though they had it but were saving it for the on line orders. I love the chain but disappointed with this locations service.
Great food, portions can sometimes be stingy. They really need to fix their issue with mobile orders getting stolen — which happens pretty often since they just put it on a shelf for anyone to grab.

Trash. I go up to Santa Maria twice a week and today i felt like having chipotle on my lunch im not one to write reviews either but this girl really ruined my day. Shout out to the girl that doesn’t know how to roll a burrito everything fell on my lap. Thanks.
I haven't been in a while, but this last time I went it was fabulous. I don't know what took me so long to go back. I am planning to return again this week.
The food quality here is great but the staff here always make mistakes with the orders, especially through doordash. This is the hard time I've had an issue. Ordered chicken and brown rice and I get beef with white rice. Come on guys! Got my money back from doordash but ik sure it's costing you guys. Take a bit of extra care, I know it can be busy but it's better to take a bit more time to get the order right.
If there was another Chipotle in town I'd never step foot in here again. While the food is good, the portions are trash. I don't know if management is teaching thier crew to ration when someone says extra, but when I ask for two scoops of rice I expect a full heaping scoop and a second identical scoop. Everytime it's like pulling teeth to get a burrito that's actually worth $8. Again, the quality is good but the portions are atrocious.
Great food, loved it. Delicious tacos. Everything is very clean and neat and the food is the best I've had in a long time.
