I'm usually not a big fan of chicken unless it's fried at home with a good crust on it! But Chick-fil-A has opened my mind, and my taste buds to their chicken sandwich! I LOVED it! And I WILL be back!!
This was such a great fast food experience - flowers on the tables, really friendly staff who we noticed were not only kind to us but to each other and excellent food!
In my opinion you can’t go wrong stopping here to grab some food. My wife grew up in Santa Maria and this location is new here. We were driving back to our house and stopped to grab some food. I got a milkshake my kids got some ice cream cones we might even throw some chicken McNuggets in there. Maybe even a cookie.There’s a ton of parking here at this location so that’s super nice. The staff was very friendly while we were there. They had a couple issues with our order and I was a little questionable and how it was going to turn out but like Chick-fil-A does they always make things right. My son was really excited to because we’ve been driving for a couple hours that the kids play area was open. I’ll definitely come back here again.
The last 3 times I have gone I have gotten an unsweetened tea and asked for qty 8 Splenda packets on the side. Everytime no Splenda was given so tonight I asked about it, she said it was in the bag, checked the bag and there were none so I asked for the 8 Splenda packets. The girl at the window rolled her eyes at me and gave me 6. Even the receipt on the bag said "8 x Splenda" so I told her I asked for 8. Full on rolled her eyes, grumbled something and gave the lady handing out the food outside 2 more. I asked for it, and it even said it on the bag. Instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake shes going to be that rude? I definitely will not be going back.
A fast food chain mainly does chicken, it was my first visit to this chain and was pleasantly surprised. As a family we had 4 different meals and each was as expected.Staff here we're very friendly, toilets were clean and plenty of parking.
Food is good. Service is fast. The only reason it looses a star is because you may get stale fries if you go close to closing which is what happened to my wife and I. Quality needs to be maintained all the time.
EVERY SINGLE TIME i come through with my mobile order drive thru...SOMETHING IS MISSING from my order. do you not check orders before handing out to make sure everything is there (accuracy)???? i always ask if everything is there, im always told yes. this is getting ridiculous...i eat CFA at least 2-3x a week for the 6 of us.....missing items add up ... ive had my coolwrap meal missing, all our french fries, hash browns for breakfast, nuggets missing... i dont notice until ive got home and dont have time to go all the way back....i shouldnt have to stop and check accuracy before heading home
I did not like the coating on the chicken strip and I only like 1 sauce. It was like the ranch. My husband disliked the coating also. They were over priced and very small. Canes chicken straps are better and juicer.
Chic-fil-a is always delish...I'm from Texas n it tastes the same as back home.Not all places taste like the ones from down South tho. I love the sweet tea n the regular ck samich is my fav..I go at least twice a month n enjoy it every time. The employees in drive thru n food window are always nice n polite.
Chicken nuggets with their sweet sriracha sauce is my favorite. Pretty fast friendly service even when they're busy.
