This place lets you choose your sweetness level for your tea which is really great because not a lot of people like super sweet.. Also they have food
Didn't know this place was here. The mango smoothie was good. I'll have to return next time I'm in the area to try the chicken. It was, however, unbearably hot in the restaurant so we had to wait outside for our stuff to be ready.
Any and every time I go to Santa Maria, I come here and order boba. They are one of the best tea houses I go to. They also have amazing food. The menu is limited but it all tastes amazing. They've got a few snack items and entrees. I personally really enjoy their pork steamed buns and chicken potstickers.
3 stars cuz popcorn chicken taste like oil favor. Got my drink wrong. Got lycee and mango jelly but got black ball boba instead. Their pork bun is not how it look on their pictures. It's microwave pork bun you can buy at Asian store. I tips em to make mistake??.

Pictures don't do this justice. One of the best Thai milk teas I've had. With some brown sugar syrup. No overly sweet wither. Definitely hit the spot. To the lady that recommended this... thank you, you've changed my life lol
Overall good! Boba was nice and squishy, and milk tea was fairly good! Popcorn chicken wasn't as crispy as I wanted, but I still enjoyed it.
