I love blenders and every other location I have been to has been amazing! Except today at the Orcutt location… The service was terrible, my smoothie has no flavor and is super chunky and not blended. They were super busy so maybe if they had more help it would be better, but not a good experience from our group.
Hi I went in today for my daily trip into blenders as I love there smoothies and bowls but today I had the worst experience thanks to Alicia. She was so rude and should not be in customer service!!! I gobin at least 4 to 5 times a week and get the same thing wand I usually get extra coconut but today she wouldn't do it and was totally mean about it! They told me that she put in her 2 weeks so I guess she is going to ruin the great service I've received in the past. She should be fired and talked to about how ugly that made her look with the ugly attitude.
Always delicious, healthy and with added immune support, probiotic and ,energy it sure gives a great healthy feeling try it you will be addicted to its clean healthy taste. Thank you to staff hard workers and great customer service

Lazy, disaffected staff produce a smoothie that contains lots of unblended chunks of fruit and ice. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Blenders. Very disappointing.
Blenders smoothies are always great and have an awesome selection of supplements and flavors. The only discrepancy I have is with the customer service. Mostly everyone was cool except one young lady just wasn't kind. I understand we all have bad days and should get the benefit of the doubt.
Love it, but you don't lose any weight going there and drinking their tasty drinks.
I just walked in and one girl was washing the floors and then she saw me and went straight into making my smoothie.... Did not wash her hands...
