I will say I was there around 10:50 to 11:30 and it was amazing service there was a lady and a gentleman working there running back and forth doing everything super quick no complaints everything was amazing I even had a good date experience with somewhere I've never been the guy let me have a remote and I put on drag racing the only TV in the room with drag racing!!!! So coming back here and having a great time they close so late I love that
Waitress rarely checked on us. I had to go to the bar to order food for me and my elderly mom. She didn't provide silverware so I had once again to go to the bar to get it, not did she offer to go containers, I had to get those from the shelf. We were standing up to leave because she wasn't coming for the check...she met us on the way out. The worst part is they were not busy at all and she was sitting at the tables near the back doing nothing! I gave myself the tip!
I never EVER leave bad reviews because I’ve never had a super horrible experience but this time it’s BAD!! I’ve been to Applebees multiple times and had a great time but yesterday I had the WORST customer service EVER!!! I’ve never had this happen to me the host had been giving my brother an attitude when asking for a table and what’s worse is that after I confronted the Host named Michael the manager was right there and didn’t intervene or apologize about the way her employee was acting. I just confronted the host by asking why the attitude and the host continued to say that he never gave attitude while giving me attitude. I just gave it a rest but he gave me an attitude the whole conversation through. A few minutes after we were seated another woman confronted the SAME host telling him that she didn’t appreciate his ATTITUDE. I could tell the convo was heated by the way he was speaking to the customer but yet again after that incident the manager STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO KEEP HIM AS HOST. Our dinner at that point was ruined I’m just really glad we had an AMAZING server who is super sweet named Melissa she made all our requests possible! I’m not sure if we’ll ever go back again and I’ll make sure to tell my friends and family to be careful with the employees and managers who don’t even care to provide great customer service.
Dirty. It’s a nice venue, but it’s really dirty, food and used napkins all over the floor. Crumbs on the seats and table we were seated at. I had to walk out. If I ever go back and see that management made a difference, I will update the review because I Really don’t like to complain. I just find it disrespectful that they will seat people to eat in such a dirty space.
The food is good there and the prices are too but we ordered dinner with two Caesar salad’s for pick up with no croutons on 1 but we received just lettuce and Parmesan cheese only on both ???No dressing!!!
Was seated quickly and waited 20 minutes before leaving. No one came to even ask us for drinks. Probably slow for covid reasons, still a bit frustrating.
Great place to stop for lunch and a beer on the way up the coast. And it won't cost you nearly what small places will charge for inferior quality and service!
Good food and drinks. We usually have baby back ribs and is always delicious, the mac n cheese was also delicious. The only bad point is the long waiting time which is quite understandable during covid and staff shortage.
My husband and I sat in bar area. There was no hostess. No one acknowledged us for at least 25 minutes.The manager and 7 employees were goofing off in the back. We had to get our own menus. I have never seen a restaurant ran like this, so unprofessional. Horrible experience. Very upset
Really great restaurant. Food is great. The staff was great and very helpful when we ran into a snag with doordash the manager was very nice and accommodating! Thanks guys and gals for the wonderful service and great helpful attitude! ?♥️?
