Cute vibes but low rating only bc they charge $1 for plant milk. It’s an obscene tax on people who are just trying to have less of a destructive impact on the environment. It does not cost them $1 to give a shot of plant milk into a latte.

This is the place that sells my favorite cappuccino. There is no place to sit.

I love this place! The baristas are always full of positive energy and love. They are engaging and craft drinks with talent. Also, the latte foam is always beautiful and silky smooth. I wish there was indoor seating so I could stay here for a couple hours, but the outdoor tables and benches do the trick on a nice day!

Lots of great coffee and even kombucha on tap, this place delivers a wake-up brew for everyone. I really enjoyed this place, and based on the long line outside, so do many others. In my book, this place is almost perfect, but it is a little hard to find and there isn't much in the way of parking. But if you can overlook this things (and really you should), then this is a great place for you.

This location is my favorite! Laid back, friendly neighborhood atmosphere. I think the coffee is good, but not amazing. It’s not strong enough for me, flavor wise, and the oat milk doesn’t taste as creamy as other places. Otherwise, I really enjoy coming here!

Service is good, environment is good. However I dont like the fact that I'm being over charged the price written on the menu board and, I dont like the fact that my coffee is placed on the counter allowing other customers to reach, breath, and brush against it while grabbing whatever they ordered. Please correct these issues Verve so we can enjoy our favorite Santa Cruz coffee house!☕???PS:Tiny cups, we're not in Europe, I need a man coffee!

Great Verve location. Chill people. Well made espresso drinks.

For all the hype, the coffee is not really that great. The dirks we ordered had pretty poorly foamed milk and bland tastes. I really wanted to like it, but for such expensive drinks I expected more.

After struggling to find a decent Americano in town, we were finally referred to Verve. The folks there were super friendly. They were quick (and very apologetic) to remake my husband’s coffee after the cream curdled, which was bonus to the already great customer service and delicious coffee. Thanks all!

The coffee is good, I really enjoyed my macchiato but recently was part of a scene where one of the personnel was swearing and shouting extremely rudely on one of the visitors in front of kids and other visitors. I don’t know what exactly has happened there but no one should ever talk to people like that.
