This place has a caffeine issue. Their jasmine milk tea hits like a triple-shot espresso, no exaggeration. The tea was bitter with it! I've never encountered this at other boba shops. Someone could get hurt!
This place is low key ass…I mean their tea is shmackin but they r always out of boba like huh? ??
Had some mixed experiences here (and have been here 5+ times). Sometimes the tea and boba are great, perfectly balanced and texture is impeccable — and other times have been too warm, too soft, watery and not sweet enough, etc. I also once had a particularly awkward interaction with a staff member which I still remember one year later ?
I love the boba tea here!2/4 the last times we've come there's been a post-it note saying "back in 30 minutes" we 100% know places are understaffed and need breaks or to get supplies, just wish they'd say what time they left or would be back, so we know if we'd have to wait 5 or 25 minutes.
When’s to go get a boba te but was rudely told to put a mask on, there is no longer as mask mandate in our county needless to say mask or not the employee being rude I will never go to this establishment again
First visit. Disrespectful condescending tone female staff member with blue hair. I didn’t have a mask on me and it was assumed that I wouldn’t abide by their request to wear a mask. I had no mask as I am not concerned about the pandemic with current levels and no more mask mandate. I just wanted Boba tea not to feel like a terrible person for not having a mask on me. This persons colleague then said they were out of boba? Not sure if that was true… probably won’t be going back to this business.
Love the Thai Snow with Boba & Coffee Jelly every Monday. Highlight of my day off! I definitely recommend this place. The people that work there are very kind & very uplifting. Thank you for making every visit delightful ??
The Honey boba wasn't soft in a few drinks we ordered. Although they were kind enough to get a new drink.
Waited 15 mins for 3cups milk tea,just myself ,nobody ahead of me.
Didn't like their flavors. We got tigermilk tea and classic milk tea
