Good location of Togo’s! So glad that we have one here on the west side of town — let’s keep it that way!
I like going there but it’s always frustrating because they always open late.

A great overall experience! Luke Jones was very helpful and kind, making sure that my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted and carefully wrapped to not squish my sandwich. Amazing service and the sandwich was delicious!
Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 came plain, with none of the extra toppings I requested. (I ordered online though their app, did not watch them prepare sandwich). When I called to try and get refunded, they said all I could do was get credited 1 free sandwich, and that I would have to come in at a pre-arranged time to order it. I tried getting money back via app/issuing a complaint, but you can only leave a comment, not state your order was wrong.

The hours are posted 10am to 9pm, but the employees close it at 8. Hopefully someone further up the ladder sees this. Otherwise great sandwiches.
