We enjoyed our quick lunch outside, staff was friendly and service quick. Extensive menu! We liked the avocado toast, however the BLA had wáy too much lettuce compared to the BA - it felt like a salad with two pieces of bread. The menuboard also failed to mention the BLA had a mustard spread, it was tasty but it should be mentioned (allergy risk). The iced tea was fine but also really different than expected and not to my personal liking.
Small menu but amazing sandwiches (Reuben is my favorite) with good salads or sides, like marinated olives, and other treats like in-house ice cream and local coffees.
Sandwiches are fresh and delicious! I had the ham and brie on gluten free bread
Delicious salads and great sandwiches with inexpensive prices. The service was great and the waiter brought me extra salad dressing. It’s a long wait to get food, because it’s very popular and lots of people are ordering food. Worth the Wait
We got lunch here before heading off to see the monarch butterflies. We got the Reuben and the chicken salad sandwich. Both were good and we were satisfied.Possibly a tad expensive for what they were but not too wild. Definitely a strong consideration for our next visit to Santa Cruz
Great food, service and staff! Could not have been a better experience :)
This place is across from board walk. Not fancy but nice. I had a good bowl of soup with tasty bread. Dog friendly. Wife had Mac and cheese. She like it. If in the area a good choice.
I had the breakfast burrito, it’s very different than any I’ve had. The pickled cabbage was a little much and the burrito had no potatoes in it. Not horrible but I was disappointed. It would help a lot if the food had descriptions of ingredients posted.I did enjoy my coffee and the staff were awesome.
Great cafe food just a few minutes walk from both the Santa Cruz boardwalk and wharf. I had their Harvest Salad, chocolate croissant (from Companion Bakeshop), and chai latte. They have breakfast, salads, soups, sandwiches, pastries, coffee drinks, and ice cream (from The Ice Creamery). Good for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon treat. There's a mix of outdoor and indoor seating; if they're out of room, you can just get the food to-go and eat on the beach!
Great place for brunch. Awsome sandwiches and regular American food, as well as tons of vegan and gluten free options for my friend.
