Generally, I love burgers in "Habit Burger Grill", I had been to this one with my family. The experience was un pleasant.Firstly, we were made to wait longer for the order to get ready, after some time when I checked with the waiter she mentioned arrogantly somebody picked my orderand asked me to patently wait, which very long time. Second the burger bread was soaked in sauces and soggy TERRIBLE burgers. My kid ate Crispy chicken biteswhich were not fresh rubbery probably old and overcooked he had to suffer food poisoning because of this. I don't recommend anyone visiting this location.As I mentioned generally Habit Burger Grill is good but not this location.

I got here at 7pm thinking that I would be able to get in and out within 15 minutes max and I spent my whole 30 minute break here and I only ordered two things. The three other customers that ordered after me all received their food within a timely manner and I’m just kind of upset that it took so long to get my food out when I know the aim time for getting a customers order out is seven minutes. I know this because I used to work at the habit of seeing the way the staff performed was really disappointing. Only good thing I have to say is that my order was made correctly and tasted well
NO REFUNDS IF YOUR FOOD IS BAD!!!The Hispanic girls are very rude, and if you have a complaint they get angry and will blame you for not liking the food. Then walk away and ignore you.After they walk away they go to the other female coworkers and talk bad about you in Spanish. They thought I was an American white girl, but I'm Mexican and fluent in Spanish. They have done this a few times that I have come to visit. They're rude to many others as well. The music is very loud, on a hot day they don't want to open the doors, and they talk and scream very loud laughing and standing around doing nothing.You will not feel relaxed while eating, is why most take it to go. But if you get something, check your food. They will mess up your food 80% of the time.
Had a great meal the famous Santa Barbara burger with fries, speedy service nothing fancy atmosphere, clean even after a busy day
I like their basic Cheese burger it's super tasty. Their Fries are never very good so you might wanna skip those.I usually call in my order and then go pick it up. Be prepared to give them your CC ? info over the phone.
Came in to have a take out order and asked the cashier for something like the pic that I saw online and asked if that included chicken as the online info wasn’t really specific, she told me yes! And put a burger with just pineapple and no fries!!!! Worst cashier ever! Misleaded me to the wrong burger and gave me a really bad experience!
Oh, my. What a delightful addiction this is going to be after relocating to Santa Cruz. Had my first burger and onion rings the other night. Big, juicy burger, crispy onion rings with a diet coke. A small slice of heaven and a welcome meal in my new home.

Standard fast food restaurant, adequate but in no way outstanding. Their claim to being the best hamburger is, in my opinion, not even close to accurate. The food was good, it was served hot, and the cost reasonable considering Santa Cruz is a tourist location and we were there on a holiday weekend.
