This place needs a serious cleaning...sticky bars, even worse tables. I get that it's basically a club at night, but maybe they should consider staying closed (and cleaning) during daytime hours. There was only two other customers in the hour that we were there.
We had fun there, people are friendly. The bad: my friend ordered a snack and it took an hour or so to serve it! I don't remember they were too busy, so my guess is that they are disorganized
Staff is awesome, great prices and a good vibe. Only bad thing is the back needs air conditioning badly. If you go to a show here expect to sweat like a beast.
The place could have better local beer on tal but the scene is lit, and I had an awesome time here. Maybe get more urinals, bc I've never waited in line for the mens room. Very cool bartenders and bouncers, really felt welcome
This bar has been a staple in downtown Santa Cruz for I have no idea how long. But rest assured it does not disappoint.Drinks are good, prices are reasonable, and the bar tenders will make anything on request.They also have live music occasionally as well.
This place is AWESOME!!! Came for my birthday last weekend and was blown away by the venue. Great energy, great staff, good food/drink, and amazing dancing! The dj played great world music and the vibe was eclectic and happy. I'll def be coming back!

The Blue Lagoon is a place where my best friend and I love to go. We start with a shot of Silver Patron and follow it up with two Modelo's Negros.We proceed to a game of pool and if the tables are taken we boogie our way to the dance floor! Being married as long as we have its nice to feel free to express ourselves on the dance floors.The staff there are pleasant and welcoming! The bartender never keeps us waiting too long. Making our experience always amazing.!Thank you!!We always return for more fun and never are disappointed!
Good little venue, dj and dancing in one room, live music including punk and metal bands frequently in the back. If you're in the mood for an afternoon cocktail, say hi to Johanna, she's the best!
A sweet little dive where you can drink, play pool, catch some tunes, and maybe dance if the feeling takes you. Always a good time.
