This used to be THE place in Santa Cruz if you wanted a great taco but an even better place for a burrito. Sadly, time has apparently worn down this place. There used to be a long line in front of this taco shop, not now.I fondly remember a special spice mix that made my mouth water for more and kept me coming back. No more.Now the Pollo burrito is bland and the Pollo awash in over cooked soup. The carnitis is dry and salty. What happened?This review is unpleasant for me to right because I used to LOVE this place. However, I have been there three times recently with the same mediocre results.Finally, two big burritos and two cokes will cost you around $30.Wow!
Excellent food preparation was done by them, one of the tastiest food that I tasted in this town.

Carnitas and Chile Verde were good. Salsas were great. My husband liked the birria quesadilla.
