Horrible location. Out of all subways in Santa Cruz, this ones the most slacking. Last time I came here the employees were watching videos on their phone laughing in the back, and after a half hour of asking to be helped and being told just a moment, they finally served me. But yet made my sandwich completely wrong then refused to remake it as they were back on their phones. Today I placed an online order since I only had a 30 min lunch, got there to find they were not only slacking again but my order I placed 15 mins before my lunch wasn’t even done yet. Now I have 5 mins of my lunch left and it still isn’t made. If U want a good correctly made sandwhich within reasonable time, I would suggest any other subway in Santa Cruz. The mission st location, it’s just a waste of everybody’s time and money. And honestly the employees are just getting paid to ruin subways reputation.now that I’ve asked to speak with the manager to get a refund on food I never got they’re Asking me to leave, practically stealing my money.
Worst service ever receive in a subway branch I ask the attendant to ad more jalapeños in my sandwich she refuse to do it even though I told her to was going to pay for the extra jalapeños she still refused to do it but ask for the store information or the manager/ supervisor or who ever was in charge she also refuse to give me that she information this would be my first and last time I’ll visit this branch.
I usually enjoy subway sandwiches whenever I get the chance however my visit to this subway location left me extremely displeased . Apart from a rude staff that barely speaks English, my sandwich an Italian bmt was served on stale bread and very hard and the sandwich maker obviously couldn't understand what I told her to put on it and kept adding things I didn't ask for . When I mentioned it to her she became verbally abusive and threatened me . At this point I just wanted to get out of there so I paid and took my sandwich . I would avoid this place lots of homeless out front and the inside is filthy .
Just wanted a sub with veggie patty and cucumber. No other veggies so I asked to double up on the cucumber and they refused. Super sad
I recommend this location, they have great customer service at this location, girls are amazing, they always helped me with a great attitude.
Young lady working this morning was so nice
Terrible location. I've been charged more than once on my credit card for the same sandwich. I've had many missing items, even though the receipt lists everything correctly in print. Even if things are made correctly, it looks like they made it with their feet. Steer clear.
So I hate posting negative reviews but this place just did it for me! I live just up the hill but I think I’m gonna go to a different one from now on. This is the fifth time over the last month that I’ve come in and there’s been no one at the counter and I’ve waited 5 to 10 minutes for someone to arrive saying “hello” so that someone could hear me. When someone unearth themself from the back, they snapped at me, treating me like I was an inconvenience. Plus it’s sweltering hot in there and it’s hard to even tolerate it. No wonder the employees are grumpy!
Really rude employees. Unbelievable! Ordered online. They charged my card. When went for pickup, they said to wait and served customers who arrived after me. When I got upset they refused to serve me and ruined my lunch plans. Did not give me sandwich that I paid for!!Never go to this location. Terrible people.This happened @11.10am on 7/5/21. Hope owner reads this and takes corrective action. I don’t know how will I get my money back though!
