Worst customer service at this location in a long time. Recently just came in to buy a couple containers of cream cheese and the girl that took the order didn’t hand them to me right away she made me wait over 5 minutes till I just asked another person and they handed them right to me. She clearly hated her job so decided to take it out on the customer. Choosing another option for our coffee and food till this place changes the way they handle customers. No one seems to enjoy being there and this is just one of many situations recently that we have dealt with. Definitely not worth our time or money. I will be happy to pay more money at a local coffee shop that actually smiles and seems to enjoy our contribution to their business.
I love the consistency and friendly service at this location. I get the same thing everyday and it’s pretty simple and hard to mess up. Efficiency is my best friend! Thank you for helping me start my day off right!
Warm and friendly atmosphere with terrific breakfast options. The staff was quick and efficient.
One of the few Starbucks with pleasant outdoor seating. The outdoor seating isn't next to a loud street, it's behind the building with the view of the parking lot. The staff is great too.

Didn't get attention and forgot to put in créamer plus wanted to charge more for steamed cream! I will never go the there again and that's sad it at a beautiful location!

Sometimes great customer service is hard to find, not here everyone is very kind and helpful. Katie whom seems to work everyday early in the morning greets you by name if she remembers you. That is phenomenal being that soo many people come in and I’ve seen other staff call patrons out by name. Makes you feel at home and like your at a mom n pop shop. It’s the small things. The store is also very clean as well as the bathrooms. Thanks for always making my morning begin with a smile!
Wasn't treated very fairly. Waited 25 minutes before asking about my order. An older woman with a bad limp was very short with me stating my order was coming which it never did.No apology or any regard for the mix up or missed order. I order alot and will be taking my business else where to Lulu's drive through.
Had a bad day there order was completely wrong... But they kept a smile and got us out of there happy
