Came in with a personal cup in order to waive the plastic cup fee + have my drink stay cold longer and it got lost/given to another customer. The place was clean, however very understaffed. One person doing drinks and one person doing food/register is just not enough for this location.
Worst experience ever. I asked for a SWEETENED black iced tea and the barista handed me an Unsweetened tea. The taste was horrible so I told him about the mistake and then he said that he would remake it so he did. Turns out that the tea tastes twice as horrible as the first one. He literally gave me a cup with 99% ice. Horrible experience, won’t be going back :(
Always very nice, friendly staff, and speedy service. I love coming here when I need a pick-me-up in the afternoon.

This is a great Starbucks. It's big with lots of room to work and the drinks came out fast and up to expectations, and the staff was friendly. I don't go to Starbucks often but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Chai latte I had.

Slower than molasses in December. I came here for a quick coffee because even though the coffee isn't nearly as good as the Cat and the Cloud down the street, I figured it would at least be quick. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for an iced coffee. I get theu are probably understaffed, but in the future I will go somewhere that pays their employees enough so they are fully staffed so I don't have to wait 20 minutes for a drink that takes 30 seconds to make.
Another fabulous Starbucks location. Free wifi, great ambiance for sitting relaxing with your favorite drink.
